Field support representatives & CONDO staff

Support to Operations  provided by contractors is fast becoming the norm as the military reduces in size whilst the pace of operations increases. Pimento Connection is a leading provider of personnel to act as CONtractors Deployed on Operations (CONDO).  We have and continue to provide to industry personnel who are qualified to represent companies on operations.  We offer Field Support Representatives  (FSR) from a number of disciplines as well as managers either deployed or running the teams from the home base.

We can advise and assist companies in understanding the practice of deploying civilians overseas as well as helping them understand the standards demanded by the MoD of CONDO and FSR.

The safety of our staff is our top priority. We will only agree to a deployment after a thorough risk assessment and after ensuring that the client company shares our concern for their safety. The approved method of putting civilians into theatre can be torturous but we will help you navigate it.  We will arrange for the FSR to have the required inspections and clearances for;

• Security
• Medical
• Dental
• Equipment
• Training
• Before deploying, and insist on agreed levels of support to the FSR in theatre, and for his or her family at home.

In the provision of CONDO/FSR we offer a number of levels of service;

PROVIDE.  We will source qualified personnel who are  suitable, able and willing to deploy . We will ensure they are medically and dentally fit and that their security clearance is adequate. We will provide their required Hostile Environment Training (HET) and provide certification to  that effect. If necessary we will equip them for the task.

MANAGE.  We will do all of the above as well as provide a suitable manager embedded with your company to ensure the smooth running of the operation . Able to advise your Directors  on the conduct of the operation.

ADVISE. Pimento will embed a manager into your company to train and advise your existing staff whom you intend to send overseas.. We will conduct training exercises and test your procedures for  Evacuation, Medical Emergencies, Compassionate Emergencies and Discipline issues as well as ensuring that standards are not compromised  and the interests of the FSR, The Company and the Government are met.
